
The work studies the impact of five structural parameters on the compressive strength of corrugated octagonal trays: aspect ratio, handle position, handle width, hypotenuse length, and hypotenuse angle. It aims at enhancing the design of fruit and vegetable paper tray packaging. Initial single-factor experiments established the influence of these parameters on compressive strength.
