Abstract
Abstract

This research takes an interactive design of digital publications for young children as the research objective, starting from evaluating the physiological and psychological characteristics of young children, where an analytic hierarchy process is used to construct an evaluation index system framework and refined quantitatively using the Delphi method by interviewing with academic and industry experts quantitatively to select prominent indicators of three digital publications for young children with a large number of downloads on the Apple App Store. Furthermore, we also conducted an empirical analysis on the distribution to industry experts by means of a questionnaire survey. The results show that there is a strong positive correlation between the interaction design of digital publications of young children and their downloads, proving the inherent causal relationship of the former to the latter. This research provides a useful exploration for the evaluation of the interactive design of digital publications for young children, and also has practical significance for improving the quality of these publications.
